What happens if my flight got delayed?

We understand that the flight might get delayed beyond our control, so 2 hours of waiting time is included free of charge, any extra waiting time then 50 SAR will be charged for every extra hour of waiting in the airport.

What are the working hours of hijaztaxi.com?

Our drivers/support team are available 24/7, but the call center agents are available on a daily basis from 8 Am to 8 Pm KSA time.

How can I pay for my booking?

At this time we only accept payments by cash which you can hand over to the driver during your trip
